Right of Withdrawal

EU consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.

Products that are custom-made or clearly personalised are excluded from the right of withdrawal (EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)).

Since Cultprint products are printed on demand with customer-selected designs, they qualify as custom-made goods.

If an order has not yet entered production, you may cancel by contacting us immediately. Once production has started, cancellation is no longer possible.

This exclusion does not apply to defective or incorrectly printed products. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
