1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through cultprint.eu.

3. Products

All products are print-on-demand items manufactured by third-party production partners. Each item is custom-made to order.

4. Ordering Process

The ordering process consists of the following steps: Select product → Customize → Checkout → Order confirmation. By submitting your order, you make a binding offer to purchase.

5. Prices & Payment

All prices include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed via the available payment methods at checkout.

6. Shipping

Products are manufactured and shipped by our production partner. Delivery times vary by destination (typically 5–12 business days within the EU, 7–20 business days internationally).

7. Right of Withdrawal

Important: As custom/personalised products made to order, our items are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal per EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c). This is clearly stated before purchase.

8. Defective Products

If a product arrives damaged or with print defects, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will replace the item or issue a full refund.

9. Liability

Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence to the extent permitted by law. For slight negligence, we are liable only in the case of a breach of essential contractual obligations. Liability is limited to foreseeable, typically occurring damage.

10. Data Protection

11. Governing Law

The laws of the Republic of Cyprus apply. EU consumer protection regulations remain unaffected.
